David has been with Yorkville Advisors since 2004 and became a Partner in 2005. David specializes in corporate securities law, hedge fund compliance and regulation as well as Investment Advisor regulation and oversees the legal, compliance and regulatory functions of the Firm.

Prior to joining Yorkville Advisors, David was a founding Partner of Butler Gonzalez LLP, focusing on small-cap company financings. He served a federal clerkship on the Federal District Court of New Jersey (3rd Circuit). David earned a BS from Rutgers College and a JD degree from New England School of Law.
