Timothy Bowman has been with the firm since 2025.

He has over 30 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, including CFO, Controller, and Head of FP&A, in the financial services industry. His experience spans investment banking, hedge funds, electronic market-making (high-frequency trading), and independent broker-dealers.

Throughout his career, he has specialized in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning, overseeing complex financial operations and driving profitability in highly dynamic markets. He has extensive expertise in risk management, financial reporting, and operational efficiencies within trading and investment environments.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (New York State) and holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 63, 24, and 27 licenses.
