Michael Rosselli has been with the firm since 2004.

He co-chairs the firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for originating, structuring and executing investments for the firm. He has led structured debt and equity investments in a variety of industries including technology, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing and business services. In addition, Michael monitors a portion of the firm’s overall portfolio and oversees many of the Fund’s efforts on investments in the European marketplace. Michael is a specialist for the Fund in financial, business and accounting due diligence and transaction structuring.

Prior to joining Yorkville, Michael worked with Deloitte & Touche as a dedicated Mergers & Acquisitions specialist. He advised financial and corporate acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalization transactions and other structured investments ranging in value from $5 million to $5 billion.

Michael earned his CPA license and a BS in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
